Publicity of the Register

The register is public.

Any interested party has the right to inspect the data contained in the Register of Registered Entities, with the exception of personal data of authorised representatives.

The Ministry issues an extract from the Register based on the data.

Any interested person may submit a request for any copy of a document from the Register to be provided to them within 15 days of the date the request is received by the Ministry.
