Pledge Registry

Pledge Registry was established for the purpose of registration and obtaining the information about pledges, special property rights, related rights, foreign rights and acquired rights, according to the Framework Law on Pledges (“Official Gazette of BiH”, No: 28/04)

This Register ensured the establishing of the modern automatic system for registration of the claims for the movable property within BiH.

Pledge Registry is managed by the Pledge Registry Office, as a department within the Sector for Personnel, General and Financial – Material Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of BiH.
