Office for the Pledge Registry and Computerization

The register of pledges was established for the purpose of registration and obtaining information about pledges, special ownership rights, related rights, foreign rights and previously acquired rights in accordance with the Framework Law on Pledges ("Official Gazette of BiH" 28/04).

This Register ensures the establishment of a modern automated system for the registration of claims on movable property within Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The register of pledges is an independent internal organizational unit within the Ministry of Justice of BiH.
