Guides for Sitting the Bar Examination

To date, four preparatory manuals for the Judicial Examination have been published, prepared in accordance with the Programme for the Judicial Examination at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Programme for the Judicial Examination at the level of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. They are:

1.     COMMERCIAL LAW

2. ADMINISTRATIVE AND LABOR LAW

3.     CONSTITUTIONAL SYSTEM AND ORGANIZATION OF THE JUDICIARY IN BIH

4.     CIVIL LAW

The author of three handbooks (Commercial Law, Administrative Law and the Constitutional System and Organisation of the Judiciary in BiH) is Mato Tadić, an examiner on the Commissions at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina and at the level of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The author of the handbook for the judicial examination in Civil Law is Bariša Čolak, an examiner on the Commission for the judicial examination at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The publisher of the manual is the Public Enterprise NIO "Official Gazette of BiH".
