Legalization of Documents

Legalization of documents for the use abroad is done by the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Department for International Legal Assistance, Trg Bosne i Hercegovina No.3, office No. 1020 (from 09:00 a.m. 03:00 p.m.). 

The administrative fee of 5 KM is charged when submitting a request for legalization of documents, according to the Law on Administrative Fees of BiH (“Official Gazette of BiH”, No. 16/01).

For the legalization of signature and seal intended for the use abroad in the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina ........................................ 5 KM,
