How to register the office or representative office of a foreign non-governmental organization?

A foreign or international association or foundation and another non-profit organisation (hereinafter: foreign non-governmental organisation) may register its office or representation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The application for the registration of an office or representation of a foreign non-governmental organisation is submitted to the Ministry on Form 4.

The application with attachments is completed on a computer, in Latin script or Cyrillic script, in one of the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina, within the relevant section.

The request and its attachments must be submitted in a single copy.

The application must be submitted in the original, and any attachments must be submitted in the original or as a certified photocopy no more than three months old.

The application for registration in the Register is signed by the person authorised to represent the office or representation of the foreign non-governmental organisation, or by the entity authorised to carry out registration matters.
