Exam requirements

In accordance with Article 2 of the Act on the Taking of the Judicial Examination (hereinafter: the Act), the examination may be taken by persons who, as qualified lawyers, have worked for at least two years in legal professional roles. Under the same conditions, the examination may also be taken by trainees and volunteers.
