Entering changes in the Registry

Churches and religious communities registered in the Register maintained by the Ministry of Justice are required to report any changes that have occurred with regard to:

• the name (and abbreviated name, if any) of the Enrollee;

• seats of the Enrolment Subject;

• of the content, description and seal of the Registered Entity;

• content, description, and stamp of the stamp;

• content and description of the log or sign of the registered entity, if any;

• persons authorised to represent

The application to register any changes made is submitted on Form U-4.
