Administrative fees

The applicant must submit with the application proof of payment of the administrative fee for the files and procedures in the relevant administrative matter with the Ministry at the time of application.

The administrative fee in accordance with Tariff No. 108 of the Law on Administrative Fees ('Official Gazette of BiH', nos. 16/02, 19/02, 43/04, 8/06, 76/06, 76/07 and 98/12) is:

a) for a request for registration in the register: 200.00 KM;

b) for a request to register a change in the Register: 200.00 KM;

c) for a request for deletion from the Register, 200.00 KM;

d) for a request to issue an extract from the register: 20.00 KM;

e) on a request for an extract of the Decision, 20.00 KM.
