Administrative fee
The applicant must submit with the application proof of payment of the administrative fee for the records and procedures in the relevant administrative matter with the Ministry at the time of submission.
The administrative fee in accordance with Tariff No. 108 of the Law on Administrative Fees ("Official Gazette of BiH", Nos. 16/02, 19/02, 43/04, 8/06, 76/06, 76/07 and 98/12) amounts to:
a) for an application for entry into the register of associations: 200.00 KM;
b) for an application for registration in the register of foundations, 200.00 KM;
c) for an application for registration in the register of foreign international associations and foundations and other non-profit organisations: 200.00 KM;
c-1) Application for the recognition of a representative trade union: 200.00 KM
d) for a request to register changes in the register of associations and foundations, and of foreign international associations and foundations and other non-profit organisations: 50.00 KM;
e) for a request for registration of deletion from the register of associations and foundations, and of foreign international associations and foundations and other non-profit organisations: 10.00 KM;
f) for a request for an extract from the register, 20.00 KM;
g) for a request to issue a copy of a decision or a certificate: 20.00 KM.
The account number to which the fee is paid is the current account of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH.
