Workshop in Brcko on the Possibilities of Using the Program “Europe for Citizens“



Ministry of Justice of BiH and TACSO project – office in BiH, are organizing, after Banja Luka and Sarajevo, information day and workshop on the possibilities of using the program “Europe for Citizens“, which will be held in Brcko, on December 8, 2011, in Hotel “Posavina”, at 10:00h.

The aim is to present the program “Europe for Citizens” and possibilities that program offers for the civil society organizations and the local authorities, but also to share the experience of the Republic of Croatia in the accession process and use of the program.

Program “Europe for Citizens“ is the program of European Union which, through projects, supports participation of citizens in the European integration process, strengthens European identity based on the common values, sense of ownership of the EU and strengthens mutual understanding and tolerance among European citizens. The program is open for non-governmental and other organizations of the civil society, local authorities, education institutions, volunteer networks, sports organizations and other stakeholders. Total budget for 2007-2013 period is EUR 215 million.
