Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina has prepared new informative brochures for the citizens who through Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina and other administrative bodies realize their rights and legal interests. Our aim is to by informing the citizens on their legal rights facilitate the way to their realization.

There are four informative brochures from the field of administration, international legal assistance and judiciary:

“Guidebook for Registration of Associations, Foundations, Offices of the Foreign Organizations, Higher Level Associations and Legal Persons Established by the Institutions of B&H”

“How to Realize the Right to Alimony Abroad”

“What do to in cases of illegal removing and/or retaining a child” and

“Implementation of Rules for Consultations in Drafting of Legal Regulations”

Brochures are initiated due to the recognized needs of citizens who contact the Ministry about various issues. Namely, previous practice showed that citizens do not have enough information about to whom and in what way to address for solving certain issues nor what are the possibilities of cooperation with the Ministry. The content of the brochures is based on the key issues for which citizens, in contact with the Ministry, express the higher interest.

Distribution of the brochures to all key institutions, agencies and organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina is currently ongoing.

We believe that the provided information will be available and useful to persons who need those most, with the note that on the web page will be published all eventual changes of legal regulations on which the brochures are based.
