Free Legal Aid Thematic Conference in Justice Sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina



The third Thematic conference in the justice Sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina was held, on June 20, 2012 organized by the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and with the assistance of the UAID JSDP II, on the topic: "Providing free legal assistance.

The conference presented the Draft law on free legal aid BIH and established systems of free legal aid in the Republika Srpska, Brčko District BIH and the ZDC, and current state of affairs in the BPC where is not yet established a system of free legal aid.

The conference was given a number of comments, suggestions and proposals and adopted conclusions on further activities aimed at establishing the system of free legal aid throughout the country.
