The Third Thematic Conference in Justice Sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Third thematic conference on the theme „Providing free legal aid in Bosnia and Herzegovina„, organized by the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and with the help of USAID JSDP II, will be held on June 20, 2012 in Hotel „Sarajevo„ in Sarajevo.

We would like to remind that thematic conferences have been established by conclusion of the Sixth Ministerial Conference of the justice sector in BiH, held on July 26, 2011, which puts the obligation to the Ministry of Justice of BiH, Federal Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Justice of Republika Srpska and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH to maintain at least one thematic conference per year, with the theme in its sole discretion.

The sSxth ministerial conference in the justice sector have also adopted the themes that will be considered at the relevant conference for the second half of last year and the first half of this year.
