Protocol on Cooperation signed between Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia



Minister of Justice of BiH, Mr. Bariša Čolak has met today with Minister of Justice, Mrs. Ana Lovrin and representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia. With the aim to enhance  cooperation between two states in the field of judiciary, Ministers has signed Protocol on Cooperation between Ministry of Justice of BiH and Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia.
       
Signing of the Protocol is the result of joint work of expert teams of  two Ministries on identification of key issues necessary for realization of more effective cooperation in the field of the international legal assistance.

The Protocol improves the process of exchange of information and experience in legal matters and the work of judicial bodies of the two states and enhances the cooperation in the implementation of  legal reforms and harmonization of domestic legislations with European and international standards.

The Protocol also foresees strengthening of cooperation in the fight against organized crime, human trafficking, drugs, money laundering, corruption and terrorism.
