New Manual for Professional Administrative Exam

Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina has prepared the new Manual for Professional Administrative Exam for interns, persons with the university degree and employees at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina (authors: Fazila Musić, Ines Krtalić and Bojan Ninković, publisher: Official Gazette of BiH).
Content of the manual is completely based on the literature prescribed by the Program of professional administrative exam, summarized and adjusted to the exam questions. It is comprehensive, practical and organized guide on constitutional and legal provisions from the area of: constitutional system and administration, administrative procedure and administrative dispute, labour relations and office operations in the administrative bodies of BiH, services, bodies and institutions of the Council of Ministers of BiH.
For better understanding, certain areas are more extensively elaborated in relation to the legal regulations, while at the same time all users are advised to monitor all relevant source laws and by-laws, as well as their amendments, through the web site of the Ministry of Justice of BiH and Official Gazette of BiH.
Considering that it compiles regulations that govern the system and method of work of civil service of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it does not only facilitate taking of the professional administrative exam, but it also presents useful publication for all civil servants.
