Stengthening Civil Society Fund 2012



The Norwegian Embassy in Sarajevo announced an opportunity to apply for grants from the Strengthening Civil Society Programme in Bosnia and Herzegovina (SCS-BiH).

The overall goal of the Strengthening Civil Society Fund is to strengthen the participation and competence of civil society organizations in BiH in their role as civil watchdogs, conducting advocacy and monitoring political and public institutions’ priorities, performance and reforms, hereby contributing to social and political development in BiH.

Priority areas

• Peace and reconciliation, democratization process 
• Justice Sector
• Security sector
• Education
• Marginalized groups

Funded partners should pursue gender equality in all project related activities.

Applications must be submitted to the Embassy within Friday 2 March 2012.
