Support to the Ministry of Justice of BiH for BiH Justice Sector Reform Strategy Implementation



16.10.2009. -  Ministry of Justice of BiH and Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) have signed the Memorandum of Understanding which provides financial support for the implementation of project "Support to the Ministry of Justice of BiH for BiH Justice Sector Reform Strategy Implementation". Memorandum was signed by the Minister of Justice of BiH, Mr. Barisa Colak and Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain in Bosnia and Herzegovina, H.E.  Alejandro Enrique Alvargonzález San Martín.

Project “Support to the Ministry of Justice of BiH for BiH Justice Sector Reform Strategy Implementation“is focused on justice sector strengthening, through the employment of staff for support in the Ministry of Justice of BiH. The staff will work on the implementation of planned justice sector reform measures through a number of activities, such as: planning and preparation of strategic, planning and programming documents for making use of aid instruments and programmes from the joint donor fund for Justice Sector Reform Strategy implementation, supervision over the use of aid instruments and programmes from the JSRS Fund, EU and other donors funds and analyzing the success of the mentioned projects.

Donation is provided from the AECID budget funds in the total amount of € 32.000.
