Fifth Conference of the Ministers of Justice in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Presidents of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Judicial Commission of Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina



06.12.2010. - Fifth Conference of the Ministers of Justice in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Presidents of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Judicial Commission of Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be held on December 22, 2010, in Sarajevo.

Joint work of the Ministers of Justice in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Presidents of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Judicial Commission of Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be focused on the implementation of the Justice Sector Reform Strategy Action Plan in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was adopted in the middle of 2008 by the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Entity Governments and Judicial Commission of Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Ministers will consider the reports on achieved results of the Functional Working Groups and Technical Secretariat for the implementation of the Justice Sector Reform Strategy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and give recommendations for overcoming issues and risks identified in the implementation of the planned reform measures.

We would like to recall that the Conferences of the Ministers of Justice are established to enable joint and agreed resolution of the key issues in the Justice Sector of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as coordinated monitoring of planned reforms in the Justice Sector of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
