Completely Accomplished Planned Results of Work for the First Five Months



2.6.2008. - Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina completely realized the Work Program for the first five months of this year, and achieved additional results, beside the foreseen plan. Six proposals of laws and six rulebooks, among others, are delivered to the Council of Ministers and Parliamentary Assembly, about ten new laws and few multilateral conventions are prepared, final activities for the conclusion of important international agreements are ongoing…    

Among more important adopted laws and laws in the procedure we emphasize: Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Associations and Foundations of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Law on Use of Name of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Bar Examination in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Law on the Establishment of the Institute for Execution of Criminal Sanctions, Detainment and other Measures of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Proposal of the Law on Administrative Disputes of Bosnia and Herzegovina.  

Completely prepared, among others, are Proposal of the Law on International Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, Proposal of the Law on Free Legal Assistance in Civil Matters, Law on the Attorney’s Profession of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Law on Juveniles …  

Rulebook on keeping an official secret, Rulebook on amendments to the Rulebook on benefits and vacation of prisoners in Institutes of B&H, Rulebook on means for freedom restriction, use of means of force, Instruction regarding the ethical treatment of doctors with the persons on hunger strike, Rulebook on carrying, keeping, maintenance and use of fire arms (pistol and rifle) and escorting detained and convicted persons by members of Department of Court Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina, etc. are also finished.
