Agreement on Extradition between BiH and Serbia under Preparation



Expert teams of the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia held the preliminary negotiations on concluding the Agreement on Extradition between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia. New agreement provides for the extradition of own nationals and transfer of evidence material between judicial institutions of the two countries.
